Let’s Talk About ETH:
Around The World.
The conversation we're in right now.
Let's Talk About ETH: Around The World is the podcast Maceo cohosts with BetterCallZaal (founder of The ZAO) and Ohnahji B (founder of Ohnahji University). One question runs through every episode: who actually benefits from the way this is being built?
Season 1 is six episodes deep and growing. Guests so far include Kenny (building poidh), Swarthyhatter (building a stack for decentralizing journalism), Kiba from Zu City Japan, Cryptablo in Ghana, and Fidesio in Kenya. Recorded in Denver, Philadelphia, and wherever else the work takes us.
Cohosted by Maceo Whatley, BetterCallZaal, and Ohnahji B. Presented by The ZAO, Ohnahji University, and We Them Media. Patrons get Executive Producer credit on every release.
One camera. One city. One hundred-plus conversations.
The Denver pilot. Q1 2026.
DJs, rappers, rock climbers, strippers, college dropouts, overdose workers, the guy who’s been bartending on Colfax since ‘94. Cubans, soldiers, skaters, kids who remember when Denver was small.
No script. No studio. Just me, a camera, and showing up every day.
I went to Denver to find out if one person with no money could document a city. Turns out, yeah. Now I’m doing it in Philly and paying other reporters to do it in their cities.
Philadelphia. Spring 2026. Live.
Different city, same approach. Phone in hand, walking the blocks, posting it that night.
Denver showed one camera was enough. Philly is the same idea, except I live here, so it doesn’t stop when the trip ends.
Active now. Uploads going up weekly.
