0:06BMichigan, US.
0:07AOkay, and what are you working on?
0:10BRight now I’ve been working on really trying to bring every merchant in front of AI.
0:18AAnd so what does that really mean?
0:20BWell, it means the shift in commerce that’s going to happen. So we went from, you know, brick-and-mortar shops to e-commerce to now agents actually executing executing the trades and shopping on your behalf. We’re building that infrastructure so agents can know where to shop, what to shop, and what’s the price. And then the model --
0:42ALike an oracle for them?
0:44BI don’t know if you can call it oracle, but really the infrastructure that executes all of that trade, starting from discovery of product, doing price comparisons, matching, learning about reviews, and actually making suggestions of where to shop from by understanding every user’s needs and behavior.
1:06AOkay, very sick. And for those who don’t know, like, what is an AI agent?
1:10BWell, an AI agent is something that can execute any workflow on its own without actually needing human input at any stage. So it has the kind of intelligence that it brings Where it can mimic things that you want to do and then execute those things. So it’s like, you can think of it like bots on steroids, you know, things like that.
1:36AOkay, awesome. And what’s one thing you feel like people outside of the tech industries aren’t getting about this moment?
1:45BThey aren’t getting? They’re not getting it.
1:49AIf you could speak to them directly, what would you say?
1:51BI don’t know. I think the tech industry is on top of things. So --
1:57ABut I guess for people who aren’t in the tech industry, what do you feel like those people aren’t getting? Like, you have cousins that aren’t in tech, I assume.
2:04BI’m sorry?
2:05AYou have cousins that are not in tech.
2:06BOh yeah. Okay.
2:07AOkay.
2:07BYeah.
2:07ASo we’re speaking to people who don’t know anything.
2:08BYeah. I mean, that’s a trajectory in every new tech adoption where, you know, the industry where technology actually changes the landscape of things. So it’s the adoption curve. So really we are at the starting point of the S-curve where there is a lot of, you know, unknowns. There is less knowledge about things, uncertainty. So once people learn, adopt, you know, they’re gonna know. It’s very similar to how internet became the marketplace for everybody to sell, you know. So, you know, that same thing is going to happen with AI.
2:48AOkay. And what is ETH?
2:51BProgrammable money.
2:53AOkay. And what is Bitcoin?
2:56BMoney that no one owns, but everybody can use.
2:59AOkay. And what’s the blockchain?
3:02BIt’s a ledger where you can record transactions so no one can do -- no one can cheat you. A source of truth. Okay, awesome.
3:11AAnd do you have a message for the builders?
3:13BMy message is just keep building. Like, don’t really think about the hype market or the cryptocurrency prices or a speculative market. Just keep building. If you know what you’re doing, keep learning and building and shipping.
3:29AAnd last question for you. What’s something you came to this conference curious about?
3:35BWell, I’ve been doing conferences for a few years, especially in the crypto industry. So, I don’t know if I’m particularly curious about things, but I just wanted to see how things are going on.
3:46AIn terms of what?
3:48BIn terms of the movement in the AI space adoption and things like that.
3:52ALike agent tech, like x42?
3:53BYeah. Well, x42 is one of them, but yeah, I really like how much people are going from just being interested to actually executing and the adoption side of things.
4:05AWhat did you learn?
4:08BThings are changing, so positive. Okay.
4:13AWell, thank you. We like to say booyah at the end of our videos. Can you say booyah? Three, two, one. Booyah.
4:18BBooyah.
4:19AYeah, booyah.
4:20BBooyah. Okay, booyah.
4:21AHeck yeah. And you have an X where we can find you so we can tag you?
4:24BYeah, Saif on Block. So it is S A I F O N B L O C K. Oh yeah.
