At ETHConf in Manhattan, June 2026, Jordan Greenberg of Weehawken, New Jersey, a Web2 developer whose career “took in a different path than Web3,” is back to catch up: “Really just to catch up on what’s happening in the space.” Maceo has heard he is also the Valley Game high scorer: “you won the Valley Game high score now, that’s what I’ve learned.” Jordan: “I’ve got 6 minutes left, but yes,” and he liked the machine’s whole idea, “onboarded with a crypto wallet, like just by scanning a QR code and playing in person.” On DeFi, he is honest about the barrier: “the learning curve and like the barrier to entry is so big. Like, I’m a technical person and Even for me, it’s confusing and hard to keep up with.” What he wants instead is “some of these agentic investment bots or like yield farming bots where it kind of abstracts some of that complexity away from the user.” His message for builders: “Keep doing what you’re doing,” and on AI and Web3, “I think they’re going to be at the forefront together.”

Mentioned in this video: Valley Arcade Games.

0:00AYou’re recording already. So my page is We Them Media. I’ve been doing content in the crypto space since like 2021, 2022. And I’m kind of pivoting out, trying to do like community journalism. And like, I went to Times Square this morning and asked people what questions they have for the crypto experts today. And then I’m here asking some of their questions and just kind of chatting with people otherwise. Yeah. So what’s your name?

0:21BJordan Greenberg.

0:23AOkay. Where are you from?

0:23BFrom New Jersey. Weehawken, New Jersey.

0:26AAnd what are you working on?

0:27BI work on a startup that’s based in Saudi Arabia that does food and beverage logistics. I’m a Web2 developer. I build websites and different admin tools for our operations team. But I love Web3, love the space. It’s always exciting to come and see all the cool stuff that people are building and learn about DeFi. Yeah.

0:50ASo what brings you to ETHCon?

0:52BReally just to catch up on what’s happening in the space. Like, you know, I got pretty like caught up in my job and, you know, my career that took in a different path than Web3. But yeah, just coming back to it and seeing everything that people are building, the exciting stuff, and just trying to catch up to this crazy fast-paced --

1:17AMoving space. No, I get that. I get that. And so you won the Valley Game high score now, that’s what I’ve learned.

1:22BI’ve got 6 minutes left, but yes.

1:24AAnd so what’s been your experience? What do you think about this whole Valley Game ecosystem thing?

1:28BI love it. I mean, even, you know, these arcade cabinets are like a little past my, time. You know, like, I grew up playing newer games, but I love like the experience of playing a game in person. And it’s so cool that, you know, you can be onboarded with a crypto wallet, like just by scanning a QR code and playing in person. And yeah, it’s a really cool way to get rewards for playing games. And they’re fun.

2:01AThey’re good. And I asked some teenagers today, So, you know a lot about crypto or not too much?

2:09BLike 50, a little bit.

2:11AOkay. So, what are your questions about crypto today? Like, what questions are you coming here wondering about, I guess?

2:16BWell, for me, I’m always interested in how I can utilize like the DeFi space because I’m interested in doing stuff on-chain and, you know, yield farming, making these investments. But the learning curve and like the barrier to entry is so big. Like, I’m a technical person and Even for me, it’s confusing and hard to keep up with. So, I’ve been really interested in some of these agentic investment bots or like yield farming bots where it kind of abstracts some of that complexity away from the user who wants to take advantage of these things that -- these rewards that are happening in crypto without spending their entire life on X and constantly moving things here and there and having a million wallets. and all that stuff.

3:11AYeah, yeah, it becomes really complex.

3:13BYeah, super complex.

3:15AOkay, you have a message for the builders?

3:17BKeep doing what you’re doing. I mean, it amazes me every year that I come here and see like how passionate and smart these builders are in Web3. Like, the community is awesome. And I think AI is only gonna accelerate and improve the Web3 space. Like, a lot of people say AI is kind of like over taken Web3 and maybe that’s the Web3, not crypto. But I think they work closer together than that. I think they’re going to be at the forefront together.

3:55AI agree with that. I agree with that. I think the whole agent-to-commerce thing is going to blow people’s minds.

3:59BYeah, seriously. I agree.

4:01AOkay. Do you have an X or anything like that where we can tag you?

4:03BNo, I have LinkedIn. You can connect with me on Jordan Greenberg. Jordan Greenberg.

4:11AYeah. Very sick. Hell yeah, man. Appreciate you. Thank you.

That was the whole tape.
