Who is on the tape.

The people page lists the ones holding the camera. This lists the ones in front of it, and it is built from one kind of evidence only: a person saying their own name on the tape. Each name links to the moment it is said, on the page that carries the transcript and on YouTube at that second, and quotes what the person says next, because that is how they chose to describe themselves. A name is spelled the way the transcription heard it unless the person has a page here; the same spelling is on the transcript already, and a name given only once by a first name may be shared by more than one person. It grows with every build. Nothing on it was typed by us.
