0:00AWhat’s your name? Louis. Louis Garcia. Louis
0:02Bwhat? Louis Garcia.
0:03AWhere are you from? I live in upstate New York.
0:06BWhat are you working on? I’m
0:08Aworking on an AI startup company that automates the entire customer journey from start to finish. So pretty much what that means for businesses is from the beginning of the lead capture to the end, we automate. So from lead capture to appointment setting to follow up to retention to when the sale is done, even long-term retention to keep the customers engaged. We do that for enterprises, pretty much. It’s a platform you can log in and it works with multiple channels. It can be a call, it can be a text, it can be an email, it can be a social media DM and then everything is all in one platform.
0:08ASo for example, you’re a business owner, you have an enterprise, etc. Let’s say you’re sneaking somebody close your business. When you wake up, the call will be answered. And when you log in, you’ll see the customer’s name, the customer’s information, what the product they’re interested in. And if you don’t follow up, the AI can follow up for you automatically. So that’s pretty much what we do for enterprise.
0:55BAnd how do you start building this?
0:57AHow did I start building it? So pretty much it’s a group of us, it’s me, it’s two developers, it’s a business partner. We came together for about eight months. We’re going to launch August 1st for those businesses that are interested. We have about a hundred companies on the waiting list right now. You can find us on qualityflow.ai and you can sign up to the access.
1:15BAnd what’s something you feel like most people aren’t understanding about the opportunity that AI is right now?
1:22AI think that it’s here,
1:23Bit’s inevitable.
1:25AI think that people are, well eventually, it’s kind of like an iPhone, right? It’s kind of like the internet. Just one of those technologies that it’s like, it’s here, it’s in the state, you adapt or, you know, just get left behind, especially when it comes to businesses. And I think it’s honestly, it’s going to make our lives 10 times better.
1:39BDo you have a message for people, startup founders, builders?
1:42AJust keep building, man. Just go for it. You never know. I mean, the way I started, I started, I learned AI workflows, N8N, all that stuff. And I pitched it to businesses and then eventually somebody came up to me and said, yo, I like the idea, let’s enhance it. And now it is what it is. today. It’s an old SaaS platform where you can log in. So I’m just grateful. You know, like I said, we launched August 1st and hoping for the best, expecting the worst, but let’s make it happen. All right. That’s what, that’s what it is. Yeah. That’s what it’s all about. You have an explanation to follow you on?
2:06AYeah. You can follow me on Tech Scale AI Solutions. Can you spell that? So T-E-C-H, Scale, S-C-A-L-E, AI Solutions. Can you say Booyah? Booyah, baby.
