1:34Dante DisparteSure. Well, first, and I’m glad you could see it, and as an attendee, I’m glad you could see that it is real. So we want to peer behind the curtain, if you will, that if you want the financial system to be more inclusive, you need different participants, not only sort of as beneficiaries of financial services, you need people in the room as designers and co-creators. So we’re glad to see that that’s real. But we are also doing a whole host of things as a company around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We have partnerships, for example, with HBCUs that we’re working on, and many will be announced at this conference.
1:34Dante DisparteWe have programs around financial inclusion. What our innovations are all about are about lowering fundamental costs and barriers to access to financial services. So we have programs to partner with humanitarian agencies. Lower cost of cross-border payments and remittances, and a whole host of initiatives around digital financial literacy. Again, if you want the future of banking payments and money to be more inclusive than the past, you have to pull people into that design architecture. Lastly, the company itself, we take pride in trying to be a mosaic and represent the very communities that we want to, we want to serve. And so we’re being very deliberate as well about the team and the colleagues that we have built at Circle.
2:50Kamal HubbardFantastic. That’s great to hear. Like I said, I’ve been in the San Francisco Bay Area going to Bitcoin conferences since 2015, and so I’ve kind of seen things change, and it’s great to see the change. Great to know that you guys are behind the change as well. So my -- I think you covered my final question about HBCUs and your partnership. I’m an HBCU grad, so I’m really proud to hear that you guys want to partner and make sure that that financial literacy is getting out to the schools.
