0:00A: But for us, the DMV is DC, Maryland, Virginia. My first meeting with Zal was actually through an artist, a friend of ours, who was performing at his event, Zalchella, in Miami a couple years back. And ever since, it’s been incredible meeting him, getting to see how passionate he is about supporting artists, throwing events, supporting the arts in general, not just music arts, you know, digital art. creativity in a lot of different mediums. And we built a friendship. Like he said, he came and supported my local event in the DMV. That’s where I hail from. A lot of people don’t know what that means. They think it’s where you get your driver’s license, which it is. But for us, the DMV is DC, Maryland, Virginia. So that’s where I grew up. A lot of my music kind of surrounds that culture. I do hip-hop, but I mix it with a lot of different genres -- a little bit of reggae, a little bit of rock, a little bit of kind country, you know, all kinds of different things. So I appreciate y’all having me here. I’m about to rock out a little bit. Um, starting out with this first one, Supernova Lights. Let’s go.
