0:00 All right, so what's up, everybody? I'm out here in Nassau for the Oasis on-chain conference. It's their first time running it. Definitely been super dope. Arrived Sunday around noon. You know, really didn't sleep too much night before. Flights were, they were what they were, came in. Drew joined me last minute, which is super dope addition to the vibes. You know, Drew got me kind of into crypto in a lot of ways, into the community side of crypto, definitely. And he's starting a new job in this space, so that's pretty dope doing insurance stuff. So crypto tech broadly, but it's exciting that he's here with me and getting back on the conversation with things
0:32 I would definitely say it feels like I have my buddy back And I've been dope to connect with more folks that are in this space, having this space for a long time The guy who's running this conference, Stefan, he's been in this space I think more than seven years now So definitely dope to see who his co-conspirators are, who the people around him thinking about this tech are Nice to meet more people of color in this space always And definitely dope to learn how I can build these brothers and sisters out here And really, you know, just build, people are trying to build for the, for the future
0:59 Both for, both for everybody And super pumped and, uh, really just, yeah, excited to be here Um, I wasn't planning to record this, but Gabrielle, too many texts Oh, they said, I challenge you to record one piece of content And I failed because it's now the next day But I'm excited, I'm hoping to get four to five new interviews done while I'm here Ideally, like, 10 to 40 minutes and really just, you know, get more in the practice of recording content That I can put up as podcasts in the long term that are maybe less formal, maybe just a couple of Instagram, I don't really care, but more
1:27 content experiments this year, um, such as this one, and appreciate whoever's tuning in, you know, um, excited to be more free and comfortable using this stuff, I feel like being a few years out of school, I'm a little bit less, less self-conscious, and I'm, maybe that's just something I say in my head, to be less self-conscious, but whatever the fuck, you know, we're vibing, so, yeah, I'm pumped, and I'm excited to keep you all, uh, up to date on how my journey's going, so, uh, young, he says, Fuck Shit Bitch, Young Sheck West And I'm getting really rich In the song Mobamba, if you don't know the song
1:57 But I'ma say, fuck shit bitch Young Nigga Maceo, learning what the future For me looks like in this crypto space But yeah, have a great night Everybody, it's like 1am And I'm doing something, but Peace and love, appreciate you all, bye
