0:02 Hello, I'm Maceo. I'm from the U.S. in Philadelphia. And right now I'm in Chiang Mai. I leave tomorrow for Vietnam, Hanoi, and then I'm headed back to the States. And I just wrapped up my time in Zoo Thailand. And I'm really excited about Ethiopia because after this experience, I am just really so inspired by these opportunities to connect people with people. You know, I think conferences really are such a fast come and go moment and I experience New Thailand as an opportunity to really get to, you know, have, I guess, a deeper connection with people, but I'll just better understand, you know, what people are working on and why
0:46 and I'm super excited to be able to do that with people in Africa, Ethiopia, people from all across the world, but I'm most excited to be able to spend time with, you know, for a month, other people who are thinking critically about the future of Africa, people with A little more context than myself, and we're just being able to soak all that up, I'd say that's my number one reason. I want to really get a perspective on where people see Africa as being at right now, where it can go, and what needs to be addressed to get there. So I'd say that that's really my number one reason.
