0:00Uh, it was taught by someone who was Japanese and lived in Japan and the story of how his mother learned Japanese as a teenager and used Reiki her entire life made it feel very genuine, very accessible. And I was excited to learn from my teacher Tadawyamaguchi. Learning or I guess relearning Reiki with all of the pieces of Japanese culture still in place seemed to fill all the gaps that I thought I had. It was even easier than I had been led to believe.
