Santa Fe Theater Denver · "This Place Is Historic" | First Friday Vibe Check

0:02AThe Santa Fe Theater, baby! He said it’s historic. Metallica and a whole lot of other people played. Red Hot Chili Peppers. And some places I did not really hear. First Friday. It’s been a pretty good vibe. I can’t lie. The Denver Voice. I’m a little bit drunk, so if you can read it, I’m glad. If you can’t, I’m sorry. Gotta bring your ass here. Yeah, this is ridiculous. Can I ask you your review of the Timios Theater Bar? Unbelievable. Unbelievable.

2:13BIt’s great music tonight, great people, great bartenders. It was unbelievable.

2:18AI probably -- this place is historic. I’m like, okay.

2:20BYeah, yeah, yeah.

2:22CHe talks about them. Yeah, he said he was involved in a lot of activism and stuff like That with housing and a lot of shit. Yeah, yeah, and they’re trying to keep it alive.

2:34AOh, okay, okay, okay, talk about that.

2:36BI don’t know if you saw the donations inside, but it was -- they’re, they’re like, I think their taxes got raised like $40,000. They’re trying to raise money inside to get this thing going again, and it was great. Great bartenders, great bar, great music, everything else.

2:51AAnd it’s ready to go, but I want to help them fundraise, so thanks for saying that.

2:54BYes, please do, please donate.

2:56AHell yeah.
