0:00hello everyone I have one of the organizers let’s meet you what’s your name okay um hi guys my name is talk I’m a Le’s Ambassador I’m also a software engineer okay so it’s great to be here I’m a blockchain de okay nice to meet you so how long have you been with pre space uh roughly over as a builder yes roughly over four years four years but as a user okay 78 years 78 years what were you doing in the previous 3 years um prior to that now I was just um joining then there was the nft hype so I remember the Abominable guys I was more

0:36of the nft guy going Discord groups all of that uh haunting air drops if you may say yeah but then I switched to building full time after I got um certified as a software engineer yeah yeah so I switched to web 3 instantly okay that’s cool and how was your four years in web 3 being to be honest it’s not smooth yeah it’s not smooth because um once in the web three space you constantly learn okay so whatsoever technology you know today before tomorrow morning might be absolute so you have to stay updated so but the journey has been full of up and downs but the the joy is that it has

1:16been rewarding for me in terms of the knowledge I’ve been able to gain the people have been able to reach not even not physically but people have been able to meet in the web three space both virtually and physically and the number of project I’ve been able to contribute to and now building the human side of things it’s been amazing so it’s all about the human layer that’s what Le is doing okay so what has been your biggest challenge as a build with three for one I’ll say uh mostly getting the right team for me some people say funding but I don’t I don’t believe so for me it’s about

1:55getting the right team because um it’s good to have someone that has the skill then it’s another thing to have that person on your team okay so uh in my experience always having the right people on your team is far more important than anything okay so that’s the highest challenge I see okay is does does that mean that the people who have this skill are not willing to work for free or what what what do you think is a Maj challenge that it means that people are busy people have different things are pursuing so you might be interested in a project it’s a good project but

2:26then most times for startups you do Equity so people want one and then they have that people are ready toire them they easily cash than equity and then this year brings a challenge because to actually have a good functioning product you need a lot of skill set not just as deaths but as um people that write your documentation the writers the designers so getting all these people together for a long time is a challenge for any Builder because they will get most skill and then they definitely want to fly okay that’s it okay as an OG what would you tell to the younger generation people who want to come into three

3:08people still in high school teenagers what would be your advice to them okay I would say put up the good work keep pushing uh don’t seek immediate rewards because when you seek immediate rewards you will get the immediate reward but you lose out on something more rewarding okay so focus on the long term keep doing it and then there it’s okay if you feel I fail everybody fa but don’t stop there keep trying keep debugging you definitely get it working okay so if we want to reach you on your social how do we get in contact with you okay I’m bullish on X you can find me on X talk

3:43or my username is em okay and also I’m live linked thanks for coming thank you yeah appreciate you thanks man yeah that was good man thanks
