0:00How has it been for you being, like, a woman in the electronic music scene? Oh, man, dude. I feel like, I mean, it’s definitely, like, you notice there’s, you know, you’re outnumbered in a room, but just, like, coming from, you know, I have just a little bit of a background where I’m, like, I’m used to that. Yeah, yeah. You know, I was, like, I was, like, such a tomboy when I was a kid, and I played hockey, so it was, like, a lot of times I would, like, I played on boys’ teams until, like, I was, like, you know, until you reach, like, your teen years where it becomes, you know what I mean?
0:29It’s just a different game, but yeah, dude, I don’t know, I see humans as humans no matter what, and it’s just like being a part of a team, which, you know, I guess you could think of the EDM world as a team, although I know that’s not, you know what I mean, that’s not the most realistic, but it can be that way. Do a lot of people look at it that way? No, I don’t think they do. I think I have I feel like people are a little more guarded these days, like especially after COVID and like are a little more judgmental of each other off the rip. And I think there’s just things are tense right now because it’s a little bit hard, you know, it’s weird times. But again, it’s like in terms of the music, like politics, the world politics, world politics and like just the whole world situation. And yeah, politics has become like unfortunate.
1:26Unfortunately, such a daily stressor in people’s lives, which is crazy, you know what I mean? So it’s really like, what a cool gift to be able to give people, you know, a fucking escape for an hour at a time, you know, and like maybe meet some of the coolest people they’ve ever met in their lives, you know, and whatever, just have a good time and literally escape that shit, because I think that’s crazy that we’re like living like this, but yeah, but But I also, that’s technology too, you know? Absolutely. So, there’s a lot of change just in general going on right now, but...
