[0:01] So, we're doing these interviews for poidh, picture picture it or it didn't happen. Uh this is a platform where individuals can put up different bounties for the community to participate in. This bounty is $100. The question is, has the internet made it easier or harder for people to access information? The truth. I think the internet has made it easier, but confusing for people to get access to information. So, initially, if you had to look for information on a particular subject, you had to scout through massive repositories, right? And that's through libraries, that's through physical copies of books. But now with the internet, um and I especially with the artificial

[0:42] intelligence being embedded into the internet, you're able to get information without necessarily going through the hassle of reading through books, searching keyword searches have become even easier for you to target specific reads. If you have to read through that that you know, the books manually. But again, it's also made it a lot. So, um with this density of information than the scarcity of of the the the how much of it is there, the volumes of them being readily accessible means people are not actively trying to understand the information because it's at your fingertips, right? So, it's it's it's it's available for you whenever you want it. So, people have become less

[1:23] intentional about creating more. People value information less because it's now more available. Um so, yeah, I think it's made it easy to access information, but information is becoming less valuable um for the regular human being unless you want to you know, my you you have the capacity to absorb a lot of information, then simplify it, um get data sets, etc. If you're just a regular human being, people are less likely to value that information a lot. Yeah. And how easy is I mean, how easy is it to be to I mean, how easy is it for the internet to spread misinformation as well? Or information? Ooh, spreading

[2:06] information is also really easy. Like um surprisingly, during the floods for instance, right? Um which just happened in Nairobi, Red Red Cross had sent alerts. So, because of the internet, spreading information is easy. And this does not just happen to information which is meant to educate and inform, etc. It's also across misinformation, disinformation, or um you know, information which is meant to to slander, to destroy, to ruin. It's also become really easy to spread that. When you go to X right now, you of course know there's going to be that one random X account that will tell you uh Elon Musk is releasing this coin and you see

[2:46] you do this and this and click this link, etc. So, misinformation is becoming a lot easier as well with um internet. Yeah.
